Job Title: Net Set Go (5-6yo) Coordinator

Term of Role: 12 month initially, further 12 months by Board renewal approval
Role and Responsibilities

Be responsible for the management of the 5/6-year-old NetSetGo program in accordance with the Suncorp NetSetGo Program (Online resource available) - see appendix 1 - page 12 pg NetSetGo Centre Coordinator Handbook

Ensure the program is delivered in-line with the requirements of the official program (2019 - Suncorp “net” - where participants “learn netball related fundamental motor skills with fun music, dance and games”) - see appendix 2 - Page 8 of NetSetGo Centre Coordinator Handbook

Ensure the Association is registered as an accredited NetSetGo Centre.

Maintain a record of past registered participants in the program. All members of UPNA must be registered on Netball Queensland’s national database.

Ensure that relevant member details are submitted in line with Netball Queensland’s timelines (latest 4 weeks from beginning of competitions) and requirements

Update UPNA registration form as required– hard copy and on website

Keep all members particulars confidential

Be available for enquiries regarding player program queries, and respond when necessary.

Be present (or arrange delegate) on Saturdays to run the program.

Be familiar with Netball Queensland’s Calendar of Events and the Association Update

Attend all operational role meetings

Complete a monthly written report to feedback to the committee
Key Performance Indicators

Ensure NSG Program is run efficiently and effectively and in line with Netball Australia’s requirements

Ensure all participants are registered with NQ prior to first program day

Management of conflict, queries and complaints are effectively handled and escalated as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Hold a current blue card or be able to obtain
