NETGEN is a free new 12 month program offered at UPNA aimed at developing future leaders. We want to invest in the younger generations. This opportunity will allow you to be mentored by our current leaders. You will experience how a board meeting operates, special CPR Group leadership training, touch point one on one meetings, learn about operational roles, gain an understanding of sports administration, plus lots more. It will involve commitment, including Saturday responsibilities. You will become a spokesperson and have a voice regarding the future of Netball at Underwood Park.
An interview process will take place for applicants.
