Job Title:                    Carnival Coordinator

ReportsTo:                 UPNA Board of Management, Competitions Coordinator (Club Carnival), Representative                                         Program Coordinator (Representative Carnival)

​

Position Type:            Volunteer

 

Appointed by:            UPNA Board of Management

​

Term of Role:              12 month initially, further 12 month by Board renewal approval

 

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and coordinate UPNA Club and Representative carnivals with key Operational Role Holders

  • Promote the association Carnivals as directed by the Board

  • Assist during carnivals with key operational role holders to ensure smooth running of the day

  • Assist with determining venue requirements and coordinate with vendors

  • Ensure the association’s sponsors receive maximum exposure

  • Be familiar with UPNA and Netball Queensland’s Calendar of Events

  • Attend all operational role meetings

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Manage Club and Rep carnivals between all key stake holders to ensure the smooth running of events

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Hold a current blue card or be able to obtain.

Play On! Sports Vouchers for Round 2 are set to open on 29 January 2026.
Every Queensland child aged 5 to 17 is eligible for one voucher per financial year. If your child received a Play On! Sports Voucher in Round 1 (August/September 2025), they won’t be eligible for this round — so there’s no need to jump online when applications open.
